Five Part Series to provide tools for birthing bodies and their birth companions' to empower them to make informed decisions, create a supportive network, and explore pregnancy and parenting. Courses are very iterative, unbiased and non-judgmental, evidence based and FUN! Class One: Understanding Labor, birth through the ages, physiology of birth, Class Two: Terminology​, importance of relaxation, needs during labor Class Three: Labor Toolkit, fear & tension, breathing techniques, visualization , positioning, massage techniques, what if... scenarios Class Three: Making Decisions, who makes the choices​, interventions, touch, decision making, action plans, birth plans Class Four: What to expect Postpartum, 4th trimester, how lactation works, positioning Class Five: Parenting and Support Networks, crying babies, changing diapers, support
